Even standard loading blocks use these timings, so it seems duplicating hardware that you saw in EDOS Stores (such as Electronic Boutique) used its own custom way for saving standard blocks.
Also, many EDOS titles contain trailing dummy bytes at the end of data; it seems that when this happen, every pilot in the tape has 8193 pulses instead of 8194.
